Sunset from in the Ocean, a 360 degree view

by Joe Noonan on August 9, 2008

Welcome! An auspicious beginning!

Everybody wants to be happy, and i’m happy sharing with you the many simple, ordinary and wonderful things of our everyday world.

Tonite’s sunset was heavenly… i watched it from in the water, and filmed it from about one inch above the surface. I’m going to be bold and attach a sunset clip on my first blog!

As you watch it, i invite you to take a couple of nice, long, slow, deep breaths….. may you find it as relaxing and refreshing as a gentle swim in the ocean!

I have a second video, (lots of them, actually). This one is too long for my first blog, (1:50), but its cool because it starts and ends underwater upside down… it may give you a bit of a head rush, ’cause your body will compensate for the orientation.

Maybe it’ll give you an idea of why i hang out upside down underwater, alongside singing humpback whales…
