I’ve heard it a hundred times; ‘Its not about the destination, its about the journey’. I know it as truth, from my own experience…

Yet yesterday, swimming out into the ocean, it sunk in deeper… (the further out I swam, the deeper in it sunk!)

Thank you so much for these videos, I really do enjoy them! Your attitude is contagious, and quite inspiring, my friend!

I appreciate all my loved ones, I appreciate the world that is at my fingertips (and this keyboard), and I also appreciate the face that we have ‘choices’ to make in this life.

Listening to you is like a breath of fresh air <3

Love and light, to you and yours!!

…and my literate girlfriend who reminded me that I spelled face, instead of fact! But on that note, I appreciate my face as well, as it is a part of our inter’face’ in working with this world. And! our everloving cats who are our spiritual advisors, always calm and collected, and in the moment!

Thanks and delighted you’re enjoying them! Its all about making a conscious choice, and this is a forum for us to remind each other that this choice is ever available!

Eckhart Tolle says he lives with several Buddhas; all of them cats!
