It is beautiful, glorious, sad, exciting, wistful, triumphant and terrifying, all at the same time. With education, imagination and courage, we can face the problems and find solutions to the seemingly overwhelming destruction of our earth & our people. It worries me that not only is he being violent, he is violent with his trainer...supposedly a trusted friend. I don't know how they train them to do the things they do but I would imagine hunger has something to do with it? Animals are euthanized for coming to an area close to people. Even though they were running from forest fires. Many are simply foraging for food. Maybe he was just hungry, maybe someone was experimenting with God's knows what since he is a part of a breeding program. Maybe he wanted sex Maybe just maybe they treat them like the animals in the rodeo..with a hefty shock of some kind if they don't follow commands. They have actually made money since this happened. They can't turn him loose can they? big liability for a corporation. I feel they will tell us soon that he was ill & died or they had to put him down. It's such a horrible shame what people do in the name of research. We've all seen horrible things that people do to animals, truly, it makes me ashamed that I am part of the human race.
