I love beauty, it brings me back to the present moment so easily… I can be stressed, uptight and anxious, and a moment of beauty slides into my awareness and BAM…. my body relaxes, stress disappears, wellbeing fills me and I remember that all is well…

The other day I went for a walk… I got about three blocks and started saying my daily mantras; Thank you body, thank you earth… and beauty caught me…

I was in Bimini, helping my friend Kevin put a roof atop his new bungalow… there was a coconut tree right above my head, with some fresh ripe juicy coconuts… inspiration struck!
