I love beauty, it brings me back to the present moment so easily… I can be stressed, uptight and anxious, and a moment of beauty slides into my awareness and BAM…. my body relaxes, stress disappears, wellbeing fills me and I remember that all is well…

The other day I went for a walk… I got about three blocks and started saying my daily mantras; Thank you body, thank you earth… and beauty caught me…

The closer to the source, the more vitality, the more enzymes, vitamins, etc…

Straight from the tree is as good as it gets!!! Hence this inspiration…

I was in Bimini, helping my friend Kevin put a roof atop his new bungalow… there was a coconut tree right above my head, with some fresh ripe juicy coconuts… inspiration struck!
