Its been awhile since i posted, a lot’s happening fast and furious. Course, it all seemed pretty slow and stuck the past few weeks, but the logjam did its job, backed things up pretty powerfully and now ‘POP’, energy’s flowing!
What i realize … what i realize… whew, what i realize is that when i have to explain something, unless its my current reality, i have to go back to my left brain and then i disconnect from the flow of now.
I realize even more how the left brain is ego and the right brain is god, and when i’m in my creative right-brain flow all’s well, and when i’m in my left-brain i’m happy WHEN I’M IN SERVICE TO LIFE!
And how our loving intention is the remote control switch of our experience. And when i slow down, disengage from the furious pace our left-brain culture has been addicted to, i settle…
How simple can it be? I have a simple exercise for you…
Link a simple action with an intention to go within. Maybe write a word very slowly, read these words one letter at a time, take a long, slow deep breath… just do it slowly with the intention of deepening, and tell me what happens…
