Jen and I held a 5 day retreat a few weeks ago here in Bimini, titled ‘The Joy Activation’ retreat.
There were 11 of us; a family of three from the UK, three Americans (counting me), and five Canadians (aye?)
We had a blast! Lots of energy moved, lots of self-identity stories got waterlogged…

“I’m too old to do this…
TIME OUT! I just realized I’m telling you what they let go of…kind of like telling you what went out the waste tube! My apologies!!!
Let me re-start… (I LOVE coaching myself!) Here’s what they said…(Oh God, now I’m afraid its going to sound like a testimonial…)

The JOY and LOVE and GOOD VIBES from this video will resonate the joy within your own cells… prepare to be joyfully activated! (Re-activated – after all, you were there with us, right???)
Take a deep breath, get comfortable, and let’s get into the ocean together! (Can you just feel how much the Ocean she loves that??? Its like when you joyfully eat someone’s cooking; they just glow as you enjoy the fruits of their labor!)
